In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6, 8, 15 and 16 of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), issued this Notice of Privacy in accordance with the following.
DEMARE TRAVEL, SA DE C. V. (hereinafter referred to as “DEMARE”), are committed to the transparency, security and privacy of Personal Data of our customers and users. When we collect and treat your Personal information, DEMARE undertakes and agrees to observe and comply with the principles of legality, consent, quality, information, proportionality and responsibility provided for in the Law.
According to the foregoing, this Privacy Notice applies to all information, including Sensitive Personal Data of our customers and users, as well as of third parties with which DEMARE intend to initiate a contractual relationship, collected by DEMARE to provide the services of Intermediation in the provision of tourist services (such as airlines, hotels, rental cars, cruises, or any other. So before mentioned, and by the time you read this Privacy Notice, you grant your consent to DEMARE to collect, use and transfer of your Personal Data for the specific purposes of DEMARE.
With the object to give effect to the provisions of Article 16 of the “Law” indicates the following:
- IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF DEMARE
DEMARE is a company duly incorporated under the laws of the united Mexican States, established for the purposes of this Privacy Notice is located at Avenida Puerta del Sol 498, Local 1, Colinas de San Jeronimo, Monterrey, N. L. 64630. All communications should be addressed to the Human Resources Department, which has been designated as responsible for the processing of applications and promoting the protection of Personal Data, in terms of Article 30 of the “Law”.
- PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The data obtained by DEMARE be used in a confidential manner, for the following purposes:
- Intermediation in the provision of services related to the promotion and sale of travel, including but not limited to the processing of reservations, outsourcing of services, with tourism providers and organization of corporate events, and professional.
- It will incorporate the data into our electronic systems for the processing of information, submission of documentation by these means, to inform you about the status of your bookings and purchase of travel and events, online support by our travel consultants through the use of the online tool or by telephone, generation of statistical reports and financial statements for your company or company that collaborates with you so that we can develop and maintain policies and procedures of corporate expenses, as well as travel and representation.
- Proof of their identity according to internal procedures, including the request information of a financial nature to match and/or validate such information.

DEMARE account with the security measures, administrative, technical and physical, necessary and implemented according to their security policies and procedures, to safeguard your Personal Data against misuse or illegal use, unauthorized access or against loss, misuse, alteration, theft, or modification of your Personal Data, being prohibited its unlawful disclosure and limiting its treatment pursuant to the provisions of this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
In addition DEMARE may use “cookies” or “IP addresses” to confirm your identification by having access to our websites, with the purpose of giving a personalized service because it allows us to determine their preferences by logging of your use on our website, and in this way identify their habits and preferences, to offer our products and services. Through the use of “cookies”, we do not collect personal data of users in terms of the Law and its Regulations.
Cookies are text files that are automatically downloaded and stored on the hard disk of the computer of the user when navigating in a specific web page, which allow the web server to recall some data about the user, including their preferences for viewing the pages on that server. For its part, the web beacons are images embedded in a web page or email, which can be used to monitor the behavior of a visitor, such as storing information about the IP address of the user, duration of interaction time on the page and the type of browser used, among others.
We use cookies and web beacons to obtain the following information:
- Your type of browser and operating system.
- The Internet pages you visit.
- The links that follow.
- The IP address.
- The site you visited before coming to ours.
We collect and store this information automatically each time you log in to the web page Demare Travel. This information is collected and is only used to make continuous improvements to the service provided to our customers. In the case of personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age, always will be collected with the consent of Parents or Guardians, and will only be used for the purposes of the requested services.
- MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS
You, as the owner of your Personal Data, or in your case, your legal representative, you can practice before DEMARE, any of the ARCO rights referred to in article 22 of the Law (from the 1st. January, 2012) and, as explained below, on the understanding that each one of these rights is independent of each other, that is to say, it is not necessary to exhaust one to be able to exercise any of the other three:
Access. It is the faculty that you have to ask DEMARE that will report if in their Databases, have any of your Personal Data. Rectification. It is the law that you have to correct your Personal Data in the possession of DEMARE.

- CHANGES TO PRIVACY NOTICE
Any modifications to this Privacy Notice will be informed either by notices at the offices or branches of DEMARE, e-mail or through the internet portal DEMARE.
- CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The holder of personal data declares to have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Notice made available to them, knowing the purpose of the collection and processing of your personal data, as well as the procedure for the exercise of your ARCO Rights.
